If you've been following me long, you know that I consider the vast majority of information flooding the fitness industry to be either misleading or flat out wrong. While in most areas of life I would recommend taking the "scenic route," your health and fitness is not one of those areas! Since at the time of writing this article this website is still pretty bare-bones (lots more content on the way!), I thought I'd point you to what I consider to be the best sources of reliable information relating to health and fitness.
These giants have been fighting the good fight far longer than me, and much of what I have learned has come from their guidance. In my future articles I will likely reference these sources many times, so I would strongly encourage you to check them out for yourselves. In a field rife with predatory marketing, misinformation, and general douchebaggery, these men (and women) are a bastion of truth—a light in the dark. So, without further ado...

So that's it for now. This list is by no means exhaustive, but these are the people who have guided me the most on my journey thus far. Each of these sources has something unique that they bring to the table.
